Spire provide approved intruder alarms that keep your business secure, but also comply with current Police and insurance requirements.

Our work and processes are audited annually by SSAIB keeping you safe in the knowledge our business is keeping up to date with current regulations, we are held to a high standard and our staff our competent.

Our intruder and panic alarms are provided with Level 1 Police response and Dualcom Monitoring, when a confirmation alarm is triggered or a panic alarm is pressed the police will be called to attend the premises.

    Smartphone app and Spire’s STREAM service

    Spire offer a smartphone app with their intruder alarms that allows keyholders to set, unset and reset the alarm from their phone, when this app is coupled with our CCTV system they become a powerful tool to help manage your intruder alarm without needing attend the business premises.

    Spire operate our in house STREAM Spire’s Technical Remote Engineering and Maintenance service that allows us to use our online portal to access your alarm. While the system is unset we can assist with the majority of faults meaning the alarm can be used without the immediate need for us to attend the premises allowing you to lock up safely and us to attend at a more convenient time for you.

    Intruder and Panic Alarm Maintenance and Monitoring

    Spire offer a complete maintenance and service package for our alarms. Typically we will attend twice per year to ensure the alarm is operating correctly and change the batteries when required.

    Our third party monitoring company provide our customers with 24/7 monitoring of the intruder alarm. Calling keyholders or Police when there has been an activation. We will use CSL Dualcom insurance approved SIM card based monitoring system to communicate the alarm messages.
